Hypnosis

What is Hypnosis?

Do you sometimes feel like no matter how positive your thinking is or how hard you try to change, you just cannot do it?

It’s frustrating, especially when you are really committed to creating change!

If you cannot shake that nagging feeling that the lever for change is somehow just out of your reach, there’s a good explanation for why.

Only 5% of your daily decisions are made consciously and 95% happens subconsciously. Your mind consists of your consciousness, where current thinking takes place and your subconscious controls your emotions and stores memories and behavioral patterns.

And just like your computer, there’s a natural firewall that separates your conscious and subconscious mind. It’s called the critical faculty.

Your critical faculty is responsible for blocking new ideas or suggestions that contradict what you already have learned or already know, even if these new ideas can be helpful to you.

For example:

  • You want to quit unproductive habits
  • You want to change your limiting beliefs
  • You want to lose weight
  • You want to change your eating routine
  • You want to strengthen your own motivation and commitment

This explains why no amount of positive thinking is an effective method of bypassing this firewall to create new habits or behaviours.

The good news is there’s a simple solution available where we can work together to bypass your critical faculty using  hypnosis. Using this simple technique easily lowers your body’s natural protective layer of your subconscious and allows new suggestions to sink in.

Hypnosis takes you into an enjoyable trance using voice. You are aware of everything. You can remember everything. You can absorb only those suggestions that you would like.

Hypnosis is completely natural and scientifically recognized.

Suggestions are based on what you want to focus on, shift or reroot. Such changes at the subconscious level could be new beliefs, new patterns of behaviour, new thoughts, or attitudes.

Hypnosis is an effective method of pruning old neural pathways so they become weaker and rewiring new associations to help you achieve your goals.

Change has never been so easy.
